This Saturday March 23, join the global Earth Hour collective by turning off all non-essential electricity between 8:30 - 9:30 pm. But just because you can't cook using electricity doesn't mean you can't have any fun. Here are five themed, no-cook menu ideas to make your Earth Hour a pleasant dining-in-the-dark experience (candles optional!).
