12 digestive biscuits
1 tbsp Kahlua coffee liqueur
3/4 cup 35% cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup dulce de leche
3 bananas, thinly sliced
shaved chocolate
Lay biscuits on a baking sheet in one layer. Brush some kahlua over each cookie. Beat cream with any leftover kahlua and vanilla in a medium bowl until soft peaks form when beaters are lifted, about 2 min. Spread each biscuit with 1 tbsp dulce de leche. Layer 3 banana slices over the dulce de leche, then top with 2 tbsp whipped cream. Add another layer of bananas and top with a dollop of cream. Repeat with remaining biscuits, bananas and cream. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
