1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp honey
2 tsp finely grated ginger
1 1/2 tsp wasabi paste
1 tsp dark sesame oil
250 g sushi-grade tuna, finely chopped
3 tbsp finely chopped chives
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Whisk soy with lemon juice, honey, ginger, wasabi paste and sesame oil in a medium bowl. Stir in tuna, chives and sesame seeds. Serve with kettle chips.
