Asian tuna tartare

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 2 tsp honey

  • 2 tsp finely grated ginger

  • 1 1/2 tsp wasabi paste

  • 1 tsp dark sesame oil

  • 250 g sushi-grade tuna, finely chopped

  • 3 tbsp finely chopped chives

  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Whisk soy with lemon juice, honey, ginger, wasabi paste and sesame oil in a medium bowl. Stir in tuna, chives and sesame seeds. Serve with kettle chips.
