Apple, Camembert And Arugula Sandwich

Chatelaine Triple Tested

This simple but sophisticated sandwich pairs creamy camembert with sharp arugula and crisp apple.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 4 slices toasted French bread

  • 1 cored and thinly sliced apple

  • 1/2 cup arugula

  • 60 g sliced camembert

  • fresh pepper, to season

Instructions

  • WHISK mayonnaise with mustard and honey in a small bowl.

  • SPREAD on each slice of toasted French bread. Divide sliced apple, arugula and camembert between 2 slices. Season with fresh pepper. Sandwich with remaining bread.
