This simple but sophisticated sandwich pairs creamy camembert with sharp arugula and crisp apple.
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
4 slices toasted French bread
1 cored and thinly sliced apple
1/2 cup arugula
60 g sliced camembert
fresh pepper, to season
WHISK mayonnaise with mustard and honey in a small bowl.
SPREAD on each slice of toasted French bread. Divide sliced apple, arugula and camembert between 2 slices. Season with fresh pepper. Sandwich with remaining bread.
