It's day 3 of the 12 Days of Fitness challenge and Ramona Braganza is talking nutrition. Her 3-2-1 philosophy, which the daily workouts are designed around (three cardio, two circuit, one core), actually incorporates more than fitness. She tells her celebrity clients, like Jessica Alba, Halle Berry and Scarlett Johansson, to have three meals, two snacks and at least one litre of water every day. This will keep you hydrated and boost metabolism, and it's especially important during the 12-day fitness challenge, to power you through your workouts. Make sure you're applying Ramona's 3-2-1 eating philosophy every day during the challenge, and you'll see even greater results!
