Ingredients

  • 1 small butternut squash

  • 1 tsp vegetable oil

  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  • PREHEAT oven to 400F. Cut 1 small butternut squash in half crosswise. Save the rounded bottom part for another use. Peel the top half, then cut the squash into french fry-sized pieces. Toss with 1 tsp vegetable oil and sprinkle with 1/8 tsp salt. Spread out on a baking sheet. Bake in bottom third of oven until tender, 20 min.
