Lemon-Tahini Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 2 garlic cloves , minced
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- WHISK all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Serve with desired grain bowl or salad ingredients. Dressing will keep well, covered and refrigerated, up to 3 days.
