Chopped cauliflower gives this tangy number its creamy texture—but we guarantee you won’t be able to detect it.
1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1/2 cup packed baby spinach
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
1/2 cup frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 pitted Medjool date (optional)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Add the ingredients and a few ice cubes, if desired, to a blender.
Process until smooth. Start from low and then increase the speed if your machine has variable speed.
