A festive twist on a classic spritz, this version adds cranberry juice and uses frozen cranberries to both chill and garnish the drink and sprigs of rosemary to add wintry enchantment.
Aperol
Club soda
Cranberry juice
Prosecco
Frozen cranberries
Fresh rosemary
Clementine slices
Fill 2 highball glasses with ice. Pour 2 tbsp each Aperol and club soda, and 1 tbsp cranberry juice into each glass. Top with prosecco. Garnish with frozen cranberries, rosemary sprigs and clementine slices.
