A cranberry Aperol spritz cocktail in a tall glass made with Aperol, soda, cranberry juice, ice cubes and garnished with frozen cranberries, orange slices and sprigs of fresh rosemary for a post on an easy, festive cranberry Aperol spritz recipe

A festive twist on a classic spritz, this version adds cranberry juice and uses frozen cranberries to both chill and garnish the drink and sprigs of rosemary to add wintry enchantment.

Ingredients

  • Aperol

  • Club soda

  • Cranberry juice

  • Prosecco

  • Frozen cranberries

  • Fresh rosemary

  • Clementine slices

Instructions

  • Fill 2 highball glasses with ice. Pour 2 tbsp each Aperol and club soda, and 1 tbsp cranberry juice into each glass. Top with prosecco. Garnish with frozen cranberries, rosemary sprigs and clementine slices.
