We know that the way to Dad’s heart is through his stomach, so we’ve devised a decadent feast that is sure to delight and satisfy. Happy Father's Day!

Main

Barbecued “onion soup” ribs This kitchen favourite is not only finger-licking good but it’s sooo easy. The three secret ingredients? A package of onion soup mix, barbecue sauce and a splash of Tabasco – that’s it.

Sides

Sweet and sour coleslaw Colourful and tangy, this cabbage and carrot slaw is the perfect flavour match for grilled ribs.

Grilled asparagus doenjang Don't have the Korean doenjang paste which looks like miso but is saltier and has a much stronger flavour? It can be replaced with Japanese miso.

Grilled panzanella salad Olives, ripe summer tomatoes and crusty (day-old) baguette make this rustic tomato salad just so good.
