Minty gin and tonic

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mint leaves

  • ice

  • 2 tbsp gin

  • tonic water

  • lemon wedge

Instructions

  • Add 1/3 cup mint leaves to a tall glass. Top with ice. Add 2 tbsp gin and a small wedge of lemon. Top with tonic water.

Perfect for summer, this cocktail provides a minty twist to the classic gin and tonic.
