This Saturday, May 5, marks the 150th anniversary of the Mexican army's victory over the French at the Battle of Puebla in 1862. Not to be confused with Mexico's Independence Day, Cinco de Mayo is primarily a regional holiday celebrated in the state of Puebla – but it's also a great excuse to throw a big fiesta. Since Mexican food is so diverse and delicious what better way to celebrate the heritage of our friends down south than with some great food and drinks?
