Mango caipirinha

Yvonne Duivenvoorden

Ingredients

  • 2 thick wedges of lime

  • 1 tsp superfine sugar

  • 1/4 cup mango juice

  • 3 tbsp cachaca or vodka

  • crushed ice

Instructions

  • Using back of a wooden spoon or pestle, mash lime wedges in a short, wide glass. (Be careful not to crush lime skin much or you'll end up with a bitter taste.) Remove wedges. Stir sugar into lime juice. Pour in mango juice and vodka. Add ice.
