Barbecued squash

Ingredients

  • 1 acorn squash

  • 1 tbsp olive oil, or butter

Instructions

  • To make it easier to slice a hard acorn squash, first make a small slit in the squash, then microwave on full power for 2 minutes. Slice into 1/2 inch (1 cm) rounds. Remove seeds. Brush with olive oil or melted butter. Barbecue with the lid down until squash is tender and grill marks have formed, about 10 minutes. Turn often.
