Pineapple juice and ginger add a zingy hit that cuts through the heavier carrot and mango flavours of this smoothie.
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup orange segments
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp hemp hearts
1/2 tsp chopped fresh ginger (optional)
Add the ingredients and a few ice cubes, if desired, to a blender.
Process until smooth. Start from low and then increase the speed if your machine has variable speed.
