Instant tropical banana and mango sorbet

Chatelaine Triple Tested

Transport yourself to an island paradise with our low-fat instant sorbet recipe. Made with frozen mango and bananas, it's ready in just 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen cubes of mango

  • 1 cup frozen sliced bananas

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 3 tbsp pineapple or orange juice

Instructions

  • WHIRL frozen mango and bananas with honey in a blender or food processor until finely chopped. Continue to whirl while adding juice, 1 tbsp at a time, until mixture is smooth but not runny.

Calories 198, Protein 1g, Carbohydrates 52g, Fat 1g, Fibre 3g, Sodium 3mg.
Excellent source of Vitamin C.
