Get friends and family together this weekend for a gorgeous, casual Thanksgiving meal. We've prepared a full menu (sans turkey this year) that will delight everyone so much they'll be thinking about hosting their own turkey-less Thanksgiving next year.
Starter
Creamy mushroom pâté
Rich and delicious, this vegetarian spread is a test kitchen favourite. You can make this pâté up to 2 days ahead.
Side
Roasted fennel with parmesan-lemon vinaigrette
Keeping a tiny piece of the centre core in each fennel wedge makes it pretty for presentation, but it’s not crucial. Even if the wedges fall apart, they’re still tasty.
Main
Pork tenderloin with spiced plums and walnuts
To get the pork tenderloins beautifully golden, pat them dry all over with paper towels before brushing them with the Dijon mixture.
Dessert
Chocolate-bourbon pecan pie
Every bite is laced with chocolatey, nutty and boozy decadence. Bonus: Bake it for a chance to win!
