Lemon-curry apple slaw

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp mild curry powder

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 2 large, unpeeled crisp apples, cut into matchsticks

Instructions

  • Stir mayonnaise with lemon juice, curry powder and salt in a medium bowl. Stir in apples until well coated.
