12 mini bok choy, cut in half
4 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Steam bok choy until tender. Rinse with cold water and pat dry. Mix remaining ingredients and drizzle over bok choy.
Serve with Gwyneth's Chicken burgers, Thai style.
