Garlicky kale

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

  • 2 small bunches kale, about 12 cups packed, stems trimmed and chopped

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Heat a large frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then garlic. Cook for 1 min. Add kale and salt. Cook, stirring often, until kale is tender and wilted but still bright green, 3 to 4 min. Transfer to a platter.


Prep Tip

Slice off and discard the tough rib from each leaf of kale, then chop the leaves.
