When sweet, juicy tomatoes are at their prime, follow this strict daily regimen: Buy, eat, repeat.
510 g grape tomatoes, halved
2 cups seedless grapes, halved
1 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
STIR tomatoes with grapes, parsley, oil and vinegar in a large bowl. Sprinkle with sugar, basil, oregano and salt. Toss until well coated. Makes 6 cups.
