3 zucchini
1 avocado
3 tbsp basil pesto
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1/4 tsp salt
GRATE zucchini into long strands with a grater or spiralizer. Spin in a salad spinner to drain excess liquid.
WHIRL avocado with pesto, lemon juice, garlic clove and salt until smooth. Toss with zucchini until coated.
