Vanilla Iced Latte Smoothie

Instant coffee gives this silken smoothie a caffeinated kick while yogurt adds satiating protein.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower

  • 1 cup sliced banana

  • 1/3 cup vanilla or plain yogurt

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 to 1 1⁄2 tsp instant espresso

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp cocoa powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients and a few ice cubes, if desired, to a blender.

  • Process until smooth. Start from low and then increase the speed if your machine has variable speed.
