1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup chopped red beets
1/2 cup chopped beet greens or baby spinach
1/2 cup chopped Granny Smith apple
1/2 cup frozen strawberries or blackberries
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp hemp hearts or quick oats
1/2 tsp chopped fresh ginger (optional)
Add ingredients and a few ice cubes, if desired, to a blender.
Process until smooth. Start from low and then increase the speed if your machine has variable speed.
