2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp finely chopped tarragon
1 tsp grainy mustard
1/2 tsp salt
2 apples, cored and cut into matchsticks
1/4 small celery root, cut into thin matchsticks
1/4 cup chopped, toasted walnuts
fresh pepper, to season
WHISK lemon juice and olive oil with tarragon, mustard and salt in a large bowl until combined.
ADD apples, celery root, and walnuts. Toss to combine. Season slaw with fresh pepper.
