Oct. 23-Nov. 21

You are on the right path, but that doesn't mean you aren't feeling fear or that there is no work left to be done. This week is all about the cultivation and maintenance of healthy boundaries. It's important that you navigate and hold your own boundaries while also respecting, and not personalizing, the needs and limits of others as they have communicated them to you, Scorpio.

Slow down! It may be tempting to come up with a solution or bolt towards opportunity, but the astrology of this week tests your ability to hang out in the present moment. From that place, feel out possibilities and whether or not they are aligned with your values. Doing this requires hanging out with some challenging emotions and potentially problematic dynamics. While that may be uncomfortable, it will help you to co-create what you truly want, Sagittarius.

Dec. 22-Jan. 19

Stepping into potential or power takes a great deal of intention, and this week you are being challenged to take up more space in your life or the world without becoming egotistical about it. In other words, if you prioritize impact and value, success is inevitable. But if you prioritize success and getting accolades, you may find that you lost track of your own values along the way.

Aquarius

Jan. 20-Feb. 18

Meeting frustration is a challenge, but it is a good one to conscientiously engage with this week. If you allow yourself to lean into your own reactive impulses, you'll end up creating a set of new problems instead of dealing with your original ones. Tap into your capacity to understand many levels and layers of a thing before you act out in reaction to the most upsetting parts to you in this moment, Aquarius.

You are navigating through some choppy, emotional waters and it's important that you know that you don't need to move through them quickly. It's more important that you practice staying embodied. Take the time to navigate your wellness and the sustainability of how you approach situations instead of powering through to get a result this week.

Aries

March 21-April 19

You have been busy and dealing with a lot all at once. This week may find you dealing with burnout and general overwhelm, or maybe worse—fear around your capacity to deal with it in a healthy way. Honour your emotions without convincing yourself that everything you feel is predictive or factual. Take time to meet this moment authentically and with care so that you can show up for what counts, Aries.

Taurus

April 20-May 20

As you navigate through your very real concerns about how things will go moving forward, you may feel tempted to jump to conclusions or make connections that are a better reflection of your fears than of reality. This week, your best move is to go on fact-finding missions instead of cultivating emotionally biased theories. Strive to collect information without weaving a narrative around it, Taurus.

May 21-June 21

No matter how restless and ready for change you feel, navigating forward without clarity about what you want for yourself will make you feel pretty crappy this week. Take some time to reflect on what's important to you, where you want to go in the big picture, and what you need in the short term. This practice will empower you to understand the difference between getting away from what you don't want and moving towards what you do, Twin Star.

Before you can move in a new direction, you've got to let go of what's holding you back. This week you are tasked with the work of exploring what you're getting from holding on to what doesn't serve you. This requires some humility and a good dose of introspection, but it's well worth the exploration! Prioritize your emotional evolution over changing things externally at this time, Moonchild.

July 23-Aug. 22

Being right is certainly important, but no matter how correct your perspective or plans are, if you don't communicate them to others in some sort of mutually agreeable way, your plans are not likely to work in the way that you think they should. This week your assignment is to play nicely with others. Make sure that you are not only communicating with people, but that you are also listening to them. This may slow you down, but I promise it's worth it.

Aug. 23-Sept. 22

As you change, it's important that you let go of old attachments to habits or other ways of being that you have either highly identified with or heavily relied on. This is something to be intentional about, but at the same time, it is also deeply emotional. Show up for yourself with the little things because of how quickly they add up to creating the big picture, Virgo.

Sept. 23-Oct. 22

There's a meaningful difference between fixation and analysis, focus and obsession. This week calls for introspection and reflection—especially when it would be easiest and most tempting to obsess, chasing your thoughts in circles. The way to overcome your strong, but not particularly helpful, tendencies is by paying attention to your emotions before tuning into your thoughts.
