You are navigating through some tricky emotional terrain and it’s likely to have you feeling at least a little bit messy, Libra. It’s important that you are as good a friend to yourself as you would hope others are to you. Don’t be so quick to navigate your relationships that you abandon yourself—stay connected to what you’re feeling, doing, and needing. Strive to get whole and meet others from that place.
You’ve probably heard of the survival mechanisms called flight, fight, or fawn. This week, you may find yourself caught up in one of these three coping mechanisms, and it’s possible that they are needed, but it’s more likely that these have come up because somewhere along the way you have stopped showing up for yourself by tuning into your feelings and needs and taking appropriate steps. Adjust as needed, Scorpio.
You may find yourself feeling defensive, stuck, or genuinely unclear about what to do next, where to point yourself, or even what’s in your best interest. This week, the best thing you can do is strive to be present. Let the future unveil itself to you in its own way as you get grounded in the here and now, centring your values and devoting your energy and attention to what you care about most.
If you’re not trying to control the direction of events, or even how other people feel or what they think, there’s a lot more room in your psyche and your life for you to rise to the occasion and make good choices. This week, your anxieties may have you focused on the wrong things just because they are paired with the biggest emotions. Your strongest impulses are not reliably your wisest ones; strive to devote your energy to what matters most, Capricorn.
When you are able to identify where your boundaries are, it’s of course really important that you communicate them. The next step is to embody that boundary, not wait for other people to honour your boundaries. Of course, that’s the ideal outcome! But other people are always revealing themselves to you. The only way to embody your own boundaries is to honour them, even when others don’t.
This week, you are likely to be feeling some anxiety and sadness, all wrapped up into a sticky mental and emotional ball. Regardless of the contents of those feelings and ruminating thoughts, there is an opportunity here for you to embody changes around how you engage with internal upsets. Honour your feelings without losing track of yourself, your resources, and the possibilities in front of you, Pisces.
