Capricorn

Dec. 22-Jan. 19

If you don't really care about a thing, you are unlikely to give it your attention. The struggles that you are going through in some meaningful way speak to your priorities. This week it's important that you nurture what you care about instead of wasting your energy on the things that don't feed your life or the world around you, Capricorn. Start the new year right by tending to what sparks joy.

Aquarius

Jan. 20-Feb. 18

As you change and embrace new beliefs, habits, and parts of your life, you inevitably must release your attachment to the old versions of yourself and your behaviours. This week you may find that there is an uncomfortable adjustment in your relationships as you embody change, even if the adjustments you're making are really positive. It's a new year and the perfect time to take a chance on yourself—growing pains, be damned, Aquarius!

Pisces

Feb. 19-March 20

It's an emotional start to the new year, and with that comes the opportunity to tap into joy, and what gives life meaning—love. On the path to finding purpose and living well, you will inevitably come across days when you have no spoons, moments where you just don't know what to do, and relationships or situations that pose mysterious problems to you. Don't allow perfectionism to distract you from what's truly important at the end of the day, Pisces.

Aries

March 21-April 19

This week you may find yourself confronted with scarcity-based thinking, or the need to cope with some very real problems between you and others. While this might not feel great, it's actually the perfect opportunity for you to identify and hold your boundaries as a practice of self-love—just in time for the New Year! Make the subtle adjustment to honour your emotions, especially when it's most tempting to be motivated by your reactions, Aries.

Taurus

April 20-May 20

Your desire for things to be safe and pleasant can sometimes inspire you to get into a rut. You may be feeling overwhelmed or distracted by changes that are happening in the world, your relationships, or maybe just inside of you. The best thing that you can do is find meaning and value in the struggle. Align yourself with what you love, even when you have to struggle for it. Happy New Year, Taurus!

Gemini

May 21-June 21

Happy New Year, Twin Star! This week it's important to remember that what you feed will grow. If there are things in your life that you don't want to see expand, then be wary of gifting them your energy, time, and care. It takes real bravery to strip attention from your stressors, but that's exactly what will make you feel empowered and lay the foundations for a new year that feels good to you.

Cancer

June 22-July 22

On January 3, there will be a full moon in your sign—what a way to start the new year! The complicated and messy emotions that you're experiencing may be tough to work through, but it's not meant to harm you as much as it is to help you. The very things that you struggle against are the ones that need the most curiosity, care, and attention. Treat the things that rise to the surface as your priorities this week, even if they were not on your first week of 2026 bingo card, Moonchild.

Leo

July 23-Aug. 22

This week you may find yourself fixated on things that are outside of your control or fears about how things could be. Understand that what you're dealing with is primarily psychological as opposed to a material problem. In other words, nurture your thinking and your relationship to insecurity by tapping in emotionally and establishing a relationship to the security and stability that you have in your life and in yourself. Have faith in yourself this new year, Leo!

Virgo

Aug. 23-Sept. 22

This is not likely to be an easy week for you as you are navigating through uncertainty, and no Virgo likes that. The cool thing about not knowing what comes next, or even not getting what you want, is that you get to explore possibilities and reconnect with your goals and how you approach the present moment. What isn't working for you needs a breath of fresh air and emotional attention from you this week. Happy New Year!

Libra

Sept. 23-Oct. 22

Choose your battles wisely this week. It's a new year, but if we're being honest, all of your old issues and habits are going to come with you wherever you go. This isn't the time for you to avoid confronting ideas and emotions but instead meet them head on. If you're going to fight, fight for what you love, what you believe in, and what you want, instead of against projections, resentment, and insecurities. You've got this, Libra!

Scorpio

Oct. 23-Nov. 21

Happy New Year, Scorpio! This week you are moving through some important, emotional terrain. How you navigate the feelings that come up and the relationship dynamics that get triggered is what will define you. Make sure that you are acting in ways that reflect your most cherished values instead of your strongest reactions or biggest fears. Meet the moment with an open heart.

Sagittarius

Nov. 22-Dec. 21

Happy New Year, Sagittarius! This week it is important that you slow down and make sure that you are not only grounded but honoring your innermost truths. Your instinct may be to push yourself, but it's in your best interest to act with intention instead of reacting defensively. Who and how you choose to be is a reflection on you much more than the circumstances you find yourself in. Embrace the opportunities that the new year brings with both hands, my friend.
