Letting go of control is not top of list for most Taurus’ but this week it kinda should be. You risk losing too much energy spinning out on what you cannot change or control, instead of tending to what you can influence. Start at the beginning, and start to think about the next one to three steps from there. Nothing more! And as you build a strategy, you’ll also be building confidence that you can continue to pull on.

Your integrity cannot be separated from your feelings, Twin Star. No matter how cerebral you may be, yours is a very tender and emotional sign. Instead of finding the answers, locate what is most true and heartfelt for you. Give yourself space to be in the feelings of your situation before you go looking for the narrative—even if the feelings are stressful or upsetting. You don’t need a quick resolution; you need a sustainable one, my love.

“Time heals some wounds, but love heals them all.” Matshona Dhliwayo. You can’t fix all that pains you or fast forward past the scary parts, but you can bring love to your upsets and patience to your process. This week your capacity to care deeply and to resource that emotional well to motivate acts of kindness to yourself and others is your superpower. Remember who you are, Moonchild; don’t get so self-protective that you forget to prioritize acts of love.

Strive to embody the best of your solar nature—resiliency, courage and strength. In the words of Helen Keller, “Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved.” Whatever your situation, find cause to aim higher, to do good and to keep on bringing your big and beautiful heart to the table. Lead by example this week, Leo.

Fear and out of control feelings may come up this week. Romance novelist Susan Elizabeth Phillips wrote, “I finally figured out that not every crisis can be managed. As much as we want to keep ourselves safe, we can't protect ourselves from everything. If we want to embrace life, we also have to embrace chaos.” Embrace the chaos as an act of self love, and let that motivate you to more consistent acts of self-preservation, Virgo.

Making peace with things as they are is hard to do when times are trying or uncertain, but that’s when you need to do this the most. Bring your best to situations that upset you this week, Libra, and when I say ‘your best’ I don’t mean your most diplomatic skills. Show up as your most authentic self, even if it’s hard for others, it’s inconclusive, or it’s just plain uncomfortable. This isn’t the time for directing events; just show up.

This week your heart may be pulling you one way, and your fears another. Don’t give in to your fears. Advice columnist Ann Landers said, “Some people believe holding on and hanging in there are signs of great strength. However, there are times when it takes much more strength to know when to let go and then do it.” Do your best to be your best, and know that the ability to change when life calls for it is an invaluable skill to have, dear Scorpio.

You have vision and energy, and now is a powerful time to use them both. Don’t be scared to think outside the box or try to make yourself smaller than you are, Sagittarius. Look for solutions and innovate fresh approaches if you can this week, because your optimism may be the key to unlocking some doors that look very shut at the moment. Start off by pursuing your gut instincts and then follow up with reflection and research, my fiery friend.

It’s time to stay light on your toes, my earthy friend. Instead of making fixed plans or focusing too far in the future, try realigning with what you are and not so much what you do. This week may kick into play situations that provoke fear or force you to change in ways you really weren’t planning on. Compromise in what you do, but not in ways that compromise you, Capricorn.

Shel Silverstein said it best when he wrote: “Listen to the mustn'ts, child. Listen to the don'ts. Listen to the shouldn'ts, the impossibles, the won'ts. Listen to the never haves, then listen close to me... Anything can happen, child. Anything can be.” Now isn’t the time to give up hope. You are a visionary and if you apply yourself, you will find solutions; they may be far fetched or they may be small, but they are yours to make something of, Aquarius.

If you’re overwhelmed it’s not only okay, it’s wise to take a pause and replenish yourself. This week you may find yourself tested. You don’t need to be able to divine the future or even to know what to do next; what you really need is to locate yourself, Pisces. Strive to determine what you can handle in a healthy way and what you can’t, and do your best to work honestly and directly with that. It’s a process; be patient with it.

Step willingly into your fears, Aries. You are much stronger than you think you are and more brave than most. If you stop struggling against your need to pivot you’ll find that life is much easier to deal with. Simplify the little things, cut your goals and responsibilities into bite-sized pieces, and give yourself permission to be tired. You can do it all, just not all at once. Cutting yourself some slack will actually help you to be more productive this week.
