The Chatelaine cookie contest bake-off
Christmas means cookies and we've got Canada's best, shared by readers from coast to coast who sent us their families' all-time best recipes (and the heartwarming histories behind them).

The Test Kitchen read, tested and tasted their way through dozens of recipes, narrowed them down to 10 finalists. In May 2007, the top three contenders were brought to Toronto for an Iron Chef-style bake-off and judging, ending with a results dinner at Sen5es, one of the best restaurants in town.
