We're in the final stretch! It's the tenth day of the 12 Days of Fitness and that means there are only three workouts left in the challenge. In today's video, celebrity trainer Ramona Braganza demonstrates a super set (a combination of two moves done one after the other with no break in between) that's going to target your triceps. Ramona wants you to look and feel great in your little holiday dress, and this super set will focus on those unwanted jiggly bits and help you get that definition in your arms.
