12 days of fitness: Day 2 focuses on posture

On the second day of our 12-day workout challenge, celebrity trainer Ramona Braganza shows us how to strengthen postural muscles with a reverse fly

Welcome to the second day of our 12 Days of Fitness challenge! In today's video, Ramona demonstrates how to do a reverse fly, a move that targets the upper back and postural muscles to get you standing taller. It's a move that her star clients, like Anne Hathaway and Halle Berry, do leading up to red carpet events. Combined with the other circuit exercises, the cardio and the core move in today's 10-minute routine, you'll get a full-body workout and stand taller in no time. Get your dumbbells ready and prepare to feel the burn.
