12 days of fitness: Get your day 4 workout in

On the fourth day of our 12-day workout challenge, celebrity trainer Ramona Braganza talks about finding time for your daily workouts, even if it's just five minutes

It's day 4 of the 12 Days of Fitness and we hope you're feeling energized! Today Ramona Braganza is talking about finding the time to get your workout in, even if it's just five or 10 minutes a day. It's a busy time of year and with holiday prep, shopping and parties, it can be hard to squeeze in fitness. But it doesn't have to be complicated, says Ramona. Sometimes when she is on set with her celebrity clients she doesn't have any cardio equipment, so they make do with a jump rope or by jogging on the spot. A workout doesn't have to mean getting yourself to the gym or a yoga class, it can be as simple as running up and down your stairs a few times it's just important to do it! With that in mind, let's take on today's 10-minute workout, on the chart below.
