Why it’s good for us: With a gram of beta-glucan soluble fibre per glass – a more substantial amount than any other milk alternative – it could help reduce cholesterol.

Who should drink it: Those with high cholesterol should consider opting for it. There’s debate as to whether oats should be part of a gluten-free diet, so if you’re celiac (gluten intolerant), consult your particular dietician.
