04Coconut milk

Why it’s good for us: It has the same nutrients as coconuts (a modest amount of iron and magnesium), but also includes all of its saturated fat. “There’s nothing in it that makes me want to say ‘you should drink this over something else,’ ” says Arrey.

Who should drink it: Those allergic to dairy milk or soy.
