under-fire

With my short career in the military ending, I find myself wondering if I've contributed anything worthwhile, especially considering all my dreams when I started out.

I'm reflecting on all the things I have to be thankful for...friends, family, my jobs, and an amazing country to call home.

Since it is Veteran's week from 5-11 Nov, I find I have so much to write this week that I'm posting daily. And I'm thinking so much of Ben, who is across the world from me and fighting in this war.
