St. Patrick's Day

This loaf, our current favourite, is one of the simplest breads we’ve ever made. Plus, it has all the dense nuttiness that we want from an everyday bread.

This Irish dish is traditionally made with mashed potatoes and cabbage, but we’ve changed it up a bit, substituting celery root and crispy bacon into our mashed potatoes, and adding a side salad to finish this cozy plate.

These are wonderful with a cup of tea or as a little after-dinner sweet. Use any berries or soft fruit.

If you don’t feel like celebrating St. Paddy’s day from a wobbly bar stool (or in a crowded line for one), join us as we tip our hats to the Emerald Isle with dinner and a movie!

Feast on authentic Irish dishes such as shepherd's pie, Irish stew and soda bread. Top off the meal with a homemade whisky cream liqueur.
