Update an old go-to lunch sandwich with dried fruit, fontina cheese, black forest ham and mostarda. 

We paired fresh cranberries with parmesan, sausage and store-bought polenta for a unique, incredibly  flavourful stuffing. 

We’ve spruced up our sprouts with this sheet pan recipe from 2019. Brussels sprouts and shallots are roasted with savoury pork belly as its fat is rendered. When everything is nice and tender, it gets tossed with a sweet and tangy vinaigrette for a spectacular meat-and-veg side dish.

Dinner is a perfect balance of flavours tonight! Throw it all on the grill, and it's ready to eat in just 25 minutes.
