Mocha treat
Melt 2 tbsp dark chocolate with 1 tbsp honey and 1/2 tsp instant espresso. Stir in 1 cup yogurt. Spoon into dessert cups. Garnish with chocolate.
Five-minute tzatziki
Stir yogurt with minced garlic, chopped dill, grated cucumber, lemon juice and salt. Use as a crudité dip.
