This healthy spin on fried fish will have everyone racing to the table for dinner (and with fresh strawberry cake for dessert, no one will be cutting out early).

Tonight, it's baked fish and chips with a Greek-yogurt dip on the menu. This healthy spin on fried fish (we used crushed cornflakes for the crisp outer layer) is a party-friendly meal, and a big hit with kids. With a side of golden pan fries and zesty coleslaw, no one will complain about having to wait until dessert for a slice of cake.

Jalapeno pan fries Pan-fried and golden, these fries get a little extra flavour and kick from green onion and diced jalapenos.
