It’s a cookie bonanza in The Chatelaine Kitchen today! We’re making batches and batches of three of our favourite holiday cookies - chewy chocolate-chunk ginger cookies, crisp maple shortbreads, and flourless chocolate snow mountains – as holiday gifts for staff.
