Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 3 tbsp chili-garlic sauce

  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 2 tbsp dark sesame oil

  • 1 kg grilling steak, such as sirloin

Instructions

  • Preheat barbecue and oil grill. In a bowl, stir soy sauce with chili-garlic sauce, lime juice and sesame oil. Set aside 1/4 cup (50 mL) of sauce.

  • Generously brush steak with remaining sauce. Grill 10 minutes, brushing often with sauce, then turn. Continue brushing and grilling until done as you like, about 5 minutes for medium. Slice steak and then place on a heated platter. Pour reserved sauce over sliced steak and serve right away with rice noodles and grilled green onions.
