1/2 cup Balkan-style yogurt
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1 to 2 tsp chili-garlic sauce
In a small bowl, stir yogurt with coriander, lime juice and 1 teaspoon (5 mL) chili-garlic sauce. Taste and stir in another teaspoon (5 mL) chili-garlic sauce if you like fiery flavours or a little more lime juice, if needed. Spoon sauce overtop lamb burgers. Sauce will keep well, covered and refrigerated, up to 3 days.
