Red Cabbage Slaw

This savoury slaw makes a great taco topping.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely shredded red cabbage

  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup lime juice

Instructions

  • COMBINE cabbage with onion and lime juice in a medium bowl. Toss to coat.
