Homemade Herbes De Provence Salt

Share the gift of mouth-watering meals with flavoured salt. Just top a small glass jar with a printed sticker and some ribbon and voilá!

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp flaky sea salt, such as Maldon

  • 1 tbsp dried lavender

  • 1 tbsp dried thyme

  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary

Instructions

  • COMBINE salt with lavender, thyme and rosemary in a small jar. Cover with lid and shake until combined. Keeps well in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 month. 

Nutrition (per 1/2 tsp)

Sodium 295mg.

Try it with: Herbed Green Beans! Melt 1 tbsp butter in a frying pan over medium. Add 125 g trimmed green beans. Cook until tender-crisp, 6 to 8 min. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp Herbes de Provence Salt.

Top each small glass jar with a printed sticker using our template and some ribbon.
