3 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp hot chili-garlic sauce
2 peeled mangoes, sliced into matchsticks
1 red bell pepper, sliced into matchsticks
8 tbsp chopped cilantro
Whisk lime juice with fish sauce, honey and chili-garlic sauce in a large bowl. Stir in mango, red pepper and cilantro until well coated. Serve with Zesty Shrimp Skewers.
