1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp olive oil
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
1 thinly sliced radish
1 thinly sliced asparagus
1 matzah
1/4 cup Boursin cheese
microgreens
WHISK lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Toss radish and asparagus spear with dressing. Spread matzah with Boursin cheese. Top with asparagus mixture and microgreens.
