How to make hummus: Asparagus hummus on a plate with crackers and crudités

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp olive oil

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of pepper

  • 1 thinly sliced radish

  • 1 thinly sliced asparagus

  • 1 matzah

  • 1/4 cup Boursin cheese

  • microgreens

Instructions

  • WHISK lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Toss radish and asparagus spear with dressing. Spread matzah with Boursin cheese. Top with asparagus mixture and microgreens.
