Ingredients

  • pineapple

  • red onion

  • avocado

  • cherry tomatoes

  • hot peppers

  • lemon

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste

  • tortilla chips, to serve

Instructions

  • Grill pineapple, red onion, avocado, cherry tomatoes, hot peppers.

  • Chop vegetables up, add a squeeze of the lemon and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
