Five-spice powder, lime juice and brown sugar add sweet and spicy kick to grilled chicken breasts.
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 tsp five-spice powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp lime juice
4 tsp brown sugar
PREHEAT barbecue to medium.
SPRINKLE chicken with five-spice powder and salt. Stir lime juice with brown sugar in a small bowl.
OIL grill. Barbecue chicken, with lid closed, until chicken is springy when pressed, 6 to 8 min per side. Brush chicken with lime mixture about 2 min before it is cooked through.
