Grilled Five-Spice Chicken

Five-spice powder, lime juice and brown sugar add sweet and spicy kick to grilled chicken breasts. 

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

  • 2 tsp five-spice powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 4 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

  • PREHEAT barbecue to medium.

  • SPRINKLE chicken with five-spice powder and salt. Stir lime juice with brown sugar in a small bowl.

  • OIL grill. Barbecue chicken, with lid closed, until chicken is springy when pressed, 6 to 8 min per side. Brush chicken with lime mixture about 2 min before it is cooked through.
