Margarita Ice Pops

Chatelaine Triple Tested

Make extras—they’re ridiculously good.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups lime juice

  • 3 tbsp blanco tequila

  • 3 tbsp Triple sec orange liqueur

  • flaky sea salt, optional

Instructions

  • BOIL sugar dissolves. Stir in lime juice, tequila and triple sec. Pour into moulds. Freeze until firm, 6 to 8 hours. Lightly sprinkle with sea salt just before serving.
